Noah was the only son of Lamech. Noah was a perfect man and in his generations. He had three sons; Shem, Ham, and Japheth. According to some historians, his children were triplets and they were th e main ancestors of the entire world (Genesis 5:32). God changed the years of life man to 120 years. Noah was called upon by GOD to build an ark which he was told to put two of every living creatur e living on earth on after the completion of the ark. He instructed Noah on the measurements of the ark to put all the animals in it. He was 500 years old when he began building the ark and 600 year s old when he completed the ark. After boarding the ark, the animals, Noah, his wife, three sons, and their wives, the rain began, leaving all other species on earth to perish. After 40 days and ni ghts of rain, the rain stopped and did not subside for 5 months. He landed on Mt. Arawak were GOD told him to "BE FRUITFUL AND REPLENISH THE EARTH". Noah lived to be 950 years old. From the three c hildren came the history of the entire world including the descendants of all races, colors, and creeds. The people should honor, Noah. Noah was one of the most honorable to ever live when he honore d GOD.

Although many understand it "rained for 40 days and 40 nights" it actually lasted for 150 days (5 months) because Noah entered the Ark after the "40 days and 40 nights" but continued to rain another 1 10 days--for a total of 150 days.

Noah's pre-flood home was 500 miles, north of Mt. Ararat, in the area near Babylonia, which is in present-day Turkey. After the flood, they returned to their homeland and built their civilization.

Shem was given 26 lands, 33 islands, 26 languages, and 6 writings with the extra being Hebrew. Japheth was given 44 lands, 33 islands, 22 languages, and 5 writings. The families of Noah's sons mi grated all over the world.
